 I have discovered a Hillman Super Minx amongst my late uncles possessions (a couple of photos attached).

It has been stored under a barn since he stopped using it, so has had some protection from the weather. Unfortunately the barn has partially collapsed, fortunately not onto the car. We don’t know whether we can extract it without any damage.

It would be more appropriate that someone with an interest had it, rather than it going to the local scrap yard.

The car is at Quernmore, Lancaster. My brother and I don’t live local so it’s special trip (usually for me) Steven is in Surbiton and I’m North West Cumbria so it’s at least a day trip.

 For Sale, brand new old stock immaculate condition Rootes Bonnet chrome trim in original packaging. Maybe someone can tell me, as I do not know, what Rootes car it fits, but indeed it is very rare to find something like this. The size is, 10 1/4 inches long by 3/4 inch at front end gradually reducing to rear end. For sale at £75 including packaging, posting and insurance.
